QUALIFICATIONS:                                               

 

REPORTS TO:        Custodial and Grounds Supervisor  

 

JOB GOAL:            To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors as needed.
  2. Vacuum and clean carpet.
  3. Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, woodwork, venetian blinds, and bathrooms.
  4. Responsible for removal of trash from assigned areas.
  5. Clean up grounds and perform the routine tasks required in the care of the grounds.
  6. Move office and school furniture as needed.
  7. Perform work at varying heights on a ladder.
  8. Perform some heavy lifting.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

 

Salary Range:                  $11.44/hr.

Length of Contract:         As needed up to 8 hours per day  

FLSA Status:                    Non-exempt

EVALUATION:

 

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Staff Personnel.
